Clean apartment. Perfect location. One of the best places I’ve stayed

Nos alojamos 4 personas adultas durante 3 dias y estuvimos muy comodos. Raúl estuvo permanentemente en contacto con nosotros, previo a nuestra estadía para coordinar nuestra llegada y durante la misma para cualquier cosa que necesitaramos. El departamento es tal cual lo muestran las fotografías del anuncio, está muy bien ubicado lo que permite llegar a cualquier lugar de interés turístico rápidamente. Está muy bien equipado y tenía todos los insumos que pudimos necesitar. Es un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo para una estadía en Madrid.

Raul was awesome. He stayed thirty minutes showing us around and booked us tickets for a show as well. The home was large, with a luxurious bathtub, washer dryer and perfect amenities. Everything was an easy walk, and thanks to insulation, the place was very quiet also!

Fantastic stay – right in the heart of Madrid. The apartment is in an excellent location and has all the facilities you require. Raul is an excellent host being very welcoming, giving tips, and generally checking in to hear everything is going well. We were made to feel very much at home. Highly recommended!

O Raul é uma pessoa extremamente gentil, atencioso e prestativo. A localização do imóvel é excelente, melhor não pode haver! O apartamento limpo, novo, com tudo funcionando muito bem. Só tenho elogios. Estávamos em um grupo com 4 pessoas e a opinião foi unânime sobre tudo que relatei.

Truly an exceptional stay. I lived in Madrid previously and returned for a vacation with the family and we could not have asked for more. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable, Raul is a wonderful host, and the location has no equal in Madrid. The easiest 5 star rating I can imagine.

The apartment is beautiful as seen in pictures. The location is extremely convenience. Few minutes walk to many attractions and also to major metros. This apartment was worth every penny, Full recommendation!

El departamento es súper limpio y la ubicación es excelente !!! Queda a pie de todo! El anfitrión es súper profesional y cálido y se mantuvo en contacto todo el tiempo Volvería al apartamento de Raul sin dudas!

Very nice stay. The appartment was perfect and corresponding to the description. The location is very central. I really suggest for a wonderfull visit to Madrid.

The location is perfect! 2 mins walk to Metro, 5 mins walk to the palace! The host gave a very warm welcome at the lobby hall and indicate how and where to go. That’s wonderful!

Excelente ubicación y equipamiento. Cerca de todos los puntos principales para visitar en Madrid y del Metro. Tambièn excelente la atenciòn de su propietario.

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks. Apartment is very well equipped and located in the center of historical center which was very convenient for walking around. Metro station “Opera” is 2 minutes walking. Actually all major sightseeing attractions can be reached on foot. I would separately thank owner Raul for care and help with all issues.

“Appartamento mansardato molto carino, arredato con gusto, ben attrezzato, pulito, confortevole, silenzioso nonostante sia nel cuore del centro storico a 3 minuti a piedi da Plaza Mayor e 5 minuti da Puerta del Sol. Le due camere doppie sono spaziose, ciascuna con ampio bagno. Ideale per chiunque (2 coppie, o 2/4 amici) per brevi o lunghi soggiorni. Il proprietario si è dimostrato simpatico, gentile e disponibile.”

Nos alojamos 5 personas y nos sentimos muy comodos.El apartamento estaba limpio,muy bién ubicado y muy bién equipado. Nos sentimos como en casa.
Raúl es muy atento.

Very good location – in the heart of Madrid a few meters from Plaza Major.
The appartment is very clean and comfortable.
Raul is a great host. His recomendation for pubs, restaurants and Flamenco theater were excelent!

Très belle location,très propre ,air climatisé, tout équipé, belle salle de bain Appartement super confortable, bien situé pour visitez Madrid.
