The apartment has 1 DOUBLE BED in one of the bedrooms. There are 2 SINGLE BEDS in the second bedroom. There is also a comfortable SOFA-BED in the living room.
COOL TIPS:
Both bedrooms are exterior. Each one has a balcony to a quiet side street.
There are built in wardrobes in both bedrooms.
The living room has also a balcony.
The main batroom is spacious with his and hers sinks, toilet, bathtub/shower and bidet.
The other batroom is smaller and has a single sink, toilet and shower.
In the kitchen there is a rounded table where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The apartment belongs to an historical building dating from 1885.
It’s a FOURTH floor WITH ELEVATOR.
OPERA Metro station is just round the corner.

We have stayed at this apartment twice (in summer and in late fall) and find it very accommodating. The location is perfect–walking distance to two metro stops and in the middle of all the action. There’s a big grocery store in El Corte Ingles, just a short walk away. The apartment itself is well-appointed with modern features. Plenty of space and storage. Check-in and check-out are seamless and good security for the building, hallways, and apartment. We will always book with Raul when we visit Madrid.
